Team Coaching

  •  A structured approach that stimulates constructive conversation and increased individual and collective self-awareness using coaching tools and skills. The coach focuses on the team itself, fostering awareness and responsibility for enhancing its own dynamics, capabilities, and results to reach full potential.

For an hour, a half-day, or multiple days, participants engage in learning that builds awareness, knowledge, and skills through facilitated activities, reflection, and action.
